Hey everyone,
Thanks for dropping by to see what I've been up to today. Sadly I don't have a project to share today as I'm away from home for a few days. Its been a hectic time for me just recently but I'm hoping it should be a bit less so for the next few weeks and that I can get lots of crafting done.
So what have I been up to? Well for the past few weeks I've been working on updating, decluttering and remodelling my studio. After several trips to IKEA it is nearly finished - I will give you a little tour when its done. But that has taken up a lot of my time.
Then I have been helping my youngest daughter, Annie get ready for a big adventure. On Sunday, she travelled to West Virginia USA with Camp America to work on one of the summer camps for 8 weeks. Here she is just leaving the house to go to the airport.
I'm going to miss her so much but she will have a fabulous time I'm sure.
After dropping her off at the airport I travelled on further (for another 170 miles!) to Norfolk to visit my parents who live in a small coastal town called Gorleston, which is where I am now. This is the town I grew up in and although I couldn't wait to get away when I was younger, now I love to visit and especially love to go to the seafront and the beach. Its always relatively quiet, even in mid summer, but there is a beautiful wide golden beach and I love to hear the sound of the waves.
Just beautiful.
But I'll be heading back home on Wednesday and will be back with a whole host of gorgeous projects using new products from the new catalogue. Please pop back and visit me then!
