Hi everyone,
I'm so pleased to, once again, to be taking part in the InspireINK blog hop, with fellow Pootler's team members. Hopefully you have hopped here from the lovely Tina's post - isn't her project lovely? As you will have seen, this month our theme is:
At first I was a bit stumped but then I remembered this card that I made awhile ago but hadn't posted. I think it fits the theme quite well, don't you?
Luckily most of the products I've used will be carrying over into the new catalogue - the Balloon Celebration stamp set and Balloon Bouquet punch. Sadly the lovely black and white Petal Passion papers will have retired by the time this post goes live. As will the Tempting Turquoise card stock and Enamel Shapes. But everything else will still be available for the next year - hooray!
I was inspired to make this card by a post on Pinterest (as so often happens) but could not find out the person to credit.
I decided to make a little YouTube video tutorial to show you how I made my card which you can see HERE.
As you can see, I changed up the colour scheme for the second card - trying to make it more suitable for a male card.
Now I'm not sure which colourway I prefer. But I sure am going to miss Tempting Turquoise - one of my all-time favourite colours. Still, there are lots of other lovely new colours to entice me! Have you noticed just one new colour sneaking in? The central balloon is cut fro Mango Melody - nice!
Hope you enjoyed my project today - just click the "Next" button below to carry on hopping to the fantastically talented Keren's post.
Thanks for visiting me today!
Jill xx
