Beautiful Bouquet card in more colours!

Hey there everyone,

A few days ago I posted this card on here, made with the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set.

I decided to have a little "play" and see what the same design would look like with a different colourway.

I have been dying to use Highland Heather on a project since it was released in June but this is the first time I've opened my stamp pad. As you can see, its still a bit too "juicy" which spoilt the stamped flowers a little. But I love this combination of colours - Highland Heather, Lemon Lime Twist and Coastal Cabana.

Next I thought I'd try a card in blues - I'm generally more of a blue person than a pink one!

I used Balmy Blue and Bermuda Bay but I thought the blues needed lifting a little so added some Daffodil Yellow. And that green flower in the top left corner? Well that was the result of me putting the stamp in the wrong stamp pad!

After all that, when I look at all three cards together I still prefer the pink one! How about you?

Still love this card though - so pretty and easy to make! I know that's a lot of different stamp pads I've used here, but don't forget that you can get a set of 10 FREE (but be quick - offer ends 10.50pm Tues 31st July).

  2. Very pretty. It is hard to choose which one I like the best, but I think the pink because it is so vibrant! Thank you for the tutorial!
