Today I am showcasing a very special range of stamps which have recently been introduced by Stampin' Up! These are called Distinktive stamps and have been developed by Stampin' Up! to produce very different stamped results. There are 5 sets the current catalogue and "Healing Hugs" is one of them:

Here is the Stampin' Up! description of these stamps:
- "Distinktive stamps add different opacities in a single stamped image for realistic depth and intensity...Add monochromatic dimension and artistic flair to your stamping...."
So basically you use one stamp to get an image that looks like it might have been created by two, or even three step stamping. Clever eh? I love this rose image above.
