Inspireink Blog Hop - Colour Challenge with Up and Away

Hello everyone,

I'm delighted to be participating in another InspireInk blog hop today. I hope you've hopped here from the very talented Heather's blog.

For this month our theme was a colour challenge and an interesting combination of colours it is - not colours I would normally have put together!
After puzzling over this combination for a few days I came up with, what I think is a genius idea, using the Up and Away! Thinlits dies.

Up and Away from Stampin' Up!

So hot air balloons can be any colours can't they? So using these three colours for my balloon solved the problem of using these three colours together!

Up and Away from Stampin' Up!

I love this die - it cuts out so easily and is so intricate. And its great for those oh so tricky cards for men! Oh and those clouds are so cute. I've used one of the greetings from the "Vertical Greetings" stamp set to finish my card.

Pop back tomorrow to see my video tutorial showing you how I made the card - you can sign up on the right for email notifications of every time I post so you don't miss anything!

Meanwhile please carry on hopping - the lovely Verity of InkyButterfly is next up - you won't want to miss her fabulous project!

All the products I have used to make this project are all available from my online shop.
