I've been looking back through some of my cards and found a few that I don't think I've blogged about yet. When the Annual catalogue came out in June, I spent many happy hours "playing" with the Abstract Impressions stamp set and made several samples. This was one that I made for a swap group that I am part of.
I started out with a card blank in Berry Burst and then adhered the large corner die cut from the Springtime Impressions, also in Berry Burst. I love the effect of layering the die cut in the same colour as the card base. Gives a bit of texture and interest without being too over the top.
I have made a video tutorial to show you how I made the card. I chose to make it in a different colour - Mango Melody - quite a contrast!
