Beautiful Blizzard Snowflake Christmas Card

Hi everyone,

Today's project is a card I made for a swap group I am part of - I will show you the cards I received in another post but for today I want to show you the card I made for the other 5 participants in my group - I hope they liked it!!

Beautiful Blizzard from Stampin Up

To make my card I used the Beautiful Blizzard bundle of stamp set and die. Can you see I made my card blank a bit differently? Instead of the fold being along the left side it is across the top, making a tent fold card. I quite like it!

Not sure it shows up well in the photos but the large die cut snowflakes are actually silver - just difficult to photograph!

I've made a video tutorial to show you how I made the card. You can view it HERE or by clicking the image below.

And the measurements you'll need for your card are:
METRIC
Card blank: 10.5cm x 29.5cm, score at 14.75cm
Panel: 6cm x 9cm
IMPERIAL
Card blank: 4 ins x 11.5ins, score at 5 3/4ins
Panel: 2 1/4 ins x 3 1/2 ins

Hope you like the card. I'll be back soon with another crafty project. Do pop back to see me!

  1. Thank you so much for this beautiful card using the Beautiful Blizzard stamp set! I have just today purchased this stamp set in the clearance rack and found your Youtube demonstration. I plan to make this card for Christmas and for our church card rack next winter using the other lovely sentiments. (We didn't get as much snow this year as last - I'm sure there'll be more this winter!)
