Stampin' for All Challenge - die cuts only

Hi everyone,

Over on the Stampin' for All Facebook group page we have a new design team challenge set by Gez. And the challenge is to make a project with die cuts only and NO stamping!! If you'd like to join in, or just see what we get up to in the group just click HERE

I thought this challenge would be easy but soon realised that although I use a lot of die cuts, I usually stamp a sentiment at least. After looking through my dies which will be retiring, this is what I came up with.

Stampin Up detailed Floral

I love those "Detailed Floral" dies - such a pretty lace effect. I made a lot of cards like this when I first bought the die set but it has been a bit neglected of late. And of course I always stamped a sentiment so I had to find a way round that and the well written dies came to the rescue as they so often do!

I haven't made a video for my card but it is very easy to make. Just position both dies on a piece of Whisper White cardstock with enough space in between to mount the word/s. Then trim around and mount on an A6 card base (10.5cm x 15 cm). I used Liquid Tombow glue poured onto a plastic lid and a sponge to dab the adhesive on the die cut.

Hope you like it!

Back soon,
