Hi everyone,
Although it is more than three months since the Annual Catalogue came out, every time I look through I keep discovering new sets I hadn't noticed before. This card is made with one of my latest acquisitions.
It is called "Inspiring Iris" and is a gorgeous two step stamping set. There are three outline stamps and then seven stamps to infill the images - and you get a really pretty watercoloured look with very little effort!
Plus there are some lovely sentiments and a cute little border stamp. This first card I made using Highland Heather.
And then I made one in Purple Posy - one of the new In Colors.
This is such a pretty colour - I used to think that Highland Heather was a pastel colour until I tried Purple Posy!
And here are both of the cards together - unusually forme, I love both of them!
If you'd like to see how I made this card you can watch my video tutorial by CLICKING HERE or on the image below:
Hope you like my project - one of these cards will soon be winging its way to my mum for her birthday on 22nd September.
Love, love, love it Jill! It is so simple but so effective!
