My favourite festive colour scheme - with video tutorial

Hi everyone,

Last year when I was making Christmas cards I used a combination of Highland Heather and Pool Party on my cards and loved that colour combo. Well, this year seems to be going in the same direction except I have now substituted Purple Posy for Highland Heather - and I love this combination even more. So pale and soft but oh so pretty!

I can promise you will be seeing a lot more of this colour combination from me in my Christmas crafting. I think it is so pretty and a bit different to the usual festive colours!

I started off with a Whisper White card blank and the added a panel of Pool Party which I had embossed with our "Subtle" embossing folder. The strip across the middle is embossed with the "Eyelet Lace" embossing folder and is mounted on a panel of Silver Foil.

Then one of our Stitched Nested Label dies was used to cut out the Purple Posy panel. I used the gorgeous new Delicata Silvery Shimmer metallic stamp pad to stamp the tree and the greeting.
