InspireINK October blog hop - "Back to Basics"

Hi everyone,

First of all apologies to all of you who follow my blog by email. For some reason, there is a problem with the delivery of the email notifications at the moment and the emails are being sent at all sorts of weird and wonderful times. I'm hoping it will be sorted soon.

Back to Basics 

But now onto today's project which is my entry into this month's InspireINK blog hop. The theme for this month is "Back to Basics" and the challenge is to create a project using only 1 stamp set, 1 colour of cardstock, 1 ink pad and 1 punch or 1 die - Basic Black, Very Vanilla or Whisper White can also be used if needed. 

After some head scratching, here is the card I came up with. 

I used the large die from the Detailed Bands set and the sentiment is from Beautiful Friendship set. The die cut really does all the hard work on this card!
