Hi there everyone,
Yesterday I took part in the Pootlers Team Blog Hop where our theme was using products from the new catalogue and the Saleabration brochure. This was my card, showcasing the Golden Honey papers which are one of the FREE Saleabration products when you place an order of £45 or more.
I promised to return with a video tutorial to show you how to make the card and here it is. When I made the card for the video i decided to change the colours a bit to make the card more feminine and appropriate for a female but the basic instructions are exactly the same. Just CLICK HERE or on the image below to watch. Just a sort apology before you do - the video cuts out a bit abruptly before the end. My battery gave out. So sorry!! All that was left was to mount the gold bees, die cut from the DSP, on dimensionals and arrange them on the ovals!!
And if you want to make the card, here are the measurements you'll need.
METRIC
Notecards - 12.7cm x 8.9cm
Card stock - 12.2cm x 8.4cm
DSP - 11.7cm x 7.9cm
IMPERIAL
Notecards - 5 ins x 3 1/2 ins
Card stock - 4 3/4ins x 3 1/4 ins
DSP - 4 1/2 ins x 3 ins
Hope you like the card - I'll bring you photos of the card I made on the video tomorrow. By the time I had finished it yesterday it was already too dark for taking photos - roll on the summer!
