Stamp 'N Hop February Blog Hop - Colouring

Hi everyone,

Today I am taking part in the Stamp 'N Hop February blog hop and our theme for this hop is "colouring". I immediately thought of using the Accented Bloom stamp set as I've had this set for a while and not yet inked up the large stamp which is just begging to be coloured.

The next decision was what to colour with? There are so many choices - Stampin' Blends, marker pens, aqua painters..... But for my project today I decided to use watercolor pencils and a blender pen. Anyway here is my card:

I stamped the image in Memento black ink and then coloured with the watercolour pencils and blended the colours with a blender pen.

I mounted the image onto a panel of patterned paper from the Brights family stack. The little green patterned border is die cut using a die from the Lily Pad dies.

Hope you like my card. I'll be back with a video tutorial in a couple of days so please pop back to catch that.

Hopefully you hopped here from Kristie Wilson.
