How to Colour with Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen - Accented Blooms

Hi everyone,

Do you remember this card I posted a couple of weeks ago? 


At the time, I was short of time and didn't have time to record a tutorial but I've now caught up with myself and have remedied that.

When I initially posted this card I had several enquiries about how I did the colouring so I thought I'd first record a video showing the whole colouring process. Here at Stampin' Up! we have several colouring mediums but I have to say using our watercolor pencils and a Blender pen is one of my favourites.
