Were you with me at the weekend when I took part in the Ink Stamp Share blog hop with this card?
The theme of the blog hop was "Let's Hear It For The Boys" which meant I needed a male-appropriate card - hence the rather masculine black and gold colour scheme. But those of you who follow me regularly might have guessed this was not one of my preferred combinations. So when I was remaking the card for the video version I decided to go with a more girly theme - and I love it!!
Purple Posy is probably one of my most favourite colours ever and I also love the water coloured look of the pretty floral Best Dressed papers.
I did just a little bit of decoration inside this one - a simple strip of patterned paper to carry over the theme from the front.
And this photo gives you a better idea of how shiny the silver embossing is - so shiny in real life!
As always, it is amazing how different the same design can look when you just change the colours.
