Hi everyone and welcome to this month's blog hop for InspireINK. Our theme for this month is "Just Because".
I have to admit I've been sending out a few of these cards these past few weeks, just to say "Hi" and "How are you?" to friends and family I now haven't seen for a while.
For today's post I decided to use the lovely Scalloped Notecards and Envelopes. These are lovely coloured little notecards with scalloped edges and matching envelopes. They come in 4 different colours: Terracotta Tile, Powder Pink, Balmy Blue and Old Olive. I started off making one in Terracotta Tile, with Soft Sea Foam leaves and trim.
I have used several different products on my card - the Medium Daisy punch (punched out in vellum), the centre of the daisy from the Daisy Lane stamp set, the leaves from the Flourish die set, the sentiment from Music from the Heart, and the 6" x 6" background patterned papers.
Then I made one in Old Olive, with So Saffron trim. Loving the colour combination on this one!
And lastly, one in Powder Pink, with Mint Macaron leaves and trim.
And here are all three together.
I will be making the Balmy Blue one on my video tutorial which will be coming soon so watch out for that!
Most of the products I have used (apart from the Medium Daisy punch and daisy Lane stamp set) are now on the Retiring List so buy now if you don't want to miss them!
Meanwhile, please keep hopping around all the other blogs - just click on the Blue Box below to see all the links - some fabulous projects for you to see! Happy Hopping!!
