Hi everyone,
How are you doing today? Hope the cabin fever hasn't set in! Aren't we lucky as crafters to have a hobby which means we love staying indoors?
Something a little bit different today for you. Some of you might know, Stampin Up have a progression of promotions for their demos to aim for and awhile ago, because of all my lovely customers and team members (thank you all) I promoted to Silver. The next step for me is Silver Elite and I have been working my socks off trying to get there! We have a dedicated Facebook Group for all demos in our team in the same position and today we have decided to get together and do a You Tube hop - just like a blog hop, but hopping from video to video rather than hop to hop! And our theme for the hop is "DSP" - for those not familiar with that term, in the Stampin' Up! world what that stands for Designer Series Paper which in layman's terms is printed patterned paper.
Stampin' Up! have a huge choice of packs of papers, all of which coordinate with their exclusive colours and most of which are double sided.
For my project, I used the lovely Mosiac Mood papers.
So this is my video - showing you how to make a little origami holder for a set of cards out of a sheet of 12" x 12" double sided patterned paper. Just CLICK HERE or on the image below:
Here is the inside of the folder, shown with the cards inside.
And here are the cards I have made so far. Will be doing another video tutorial to show how to make the last one, in a couple of days. Don't want to miss it? Either subscribe to receive notifications of my blog posts in the right hand column on this page or subscribe to my video channel over on You Tube.
And here are just a few of the card set holders I have made so far - I am getting a little bit addicted to making these!
Please do continue to hop around all the other videos - there are some lovely projects for you to see! Here are all the links you'll need:
