Hi everyone,
I hope today sees you well, healthy and safe! Today I am bringing you some cards I have recently received in the post. Most of these were from a card swap organised amongst our team, The Pootlers, for the new catalogue. Although loads of us from the team participate, we are put into much smaller groups of five. So we each make 5 identical cards, and send four off to the others in our group. And we then end up with five different cards and hopefully lots of inspiration for using new products. So here are the four cards I received, with the names and contact details of the person who made them so that you can go and check them out too!
Firstly is this card from Lee Allison of Toadstool Crafts. Lee has used the Arrange a Wreath stamp set and has fussy cut elements as she doesn't yet have the dies. I have to admit, I loved this card so much I immediately placed an order for this bundle and am so looking forward to having a play with it!
Next is not only a card but also a little matching gift from Jayne Frank of www.craftwithjayne.co.uk. These really show off how well all Stampin' Up! products coordinate - cardstock, patterned papers, ink, ribbon, embellishments - all perfectly matching in Magenta Madness!!
There was a very welcome bar of chocolate in that little package!
Next up is Angie Thomas over at Angie Crea-Lib. Angie is a French member of our team so you may need the translate button if your French is as bad as mine!! Angie sent me this lovely card - my favourite bit is the little cocktail on the inside. That is from the Nothing's Better Than stamp set - another one on my wish list - sigh!!!
And the last of my swaps was from Sam Milligan who can be found at Craft Your Best Life. Sam has used the fabulous Boho Indigo for her card. I have to say this is my favourite product medley ever. I love the colours, the patterned papers, the images.....I could go on! Sam's card shows off the medley really well - love it!
So those were all my swaps from our recent catalogue. But I have just a few more cards to show. All of these were from Gez, who you will know well if you are one of my followers. Gez has a great blog - Nigezza Creates - do go and check it out. I may have shown a couple of these previously but they are worthy of a second outing!
So hope you have enjoyed seeing these cards and has maybe fired up your inspiration!
I recorded a video to show them in more detail which you can watch by CLICKING HERE or on the image below.
And that's all from me today. Have a great day.
