Arrange a Wreath Autumnal Card Video Tutorial

Hi everyone,

A couple of weeks ago I took part in a blog hop where the theme was "favourite season" and I chose autumn. You might remember, this was my card:

At the time I promised you a video tutorial and here I am at last bringing it to you. You can watch by CLICKING HERE or on the image below:

As is usual, I changed the colours a little bit on the card I made on the video. The leafy wreath was cut from Garden Green card instead of Old Olive. And the leaves were stamped in Garden Green, Pumpkin Pie, Mango Melody and Bumblebee.

I used the same stamp set - Ornate Thanks - to stamp a different sentiment this time.

And here are both cards together.

The Arrange a Wreath bundle is such a lovely set with so many possibilities - and so easy to make fabulous cards.

That's it from me today. Hope you have a great day!

#14 Card Making for Beginners - More Two Step Simple Stamping with Nothing's Better Than

Hi everyone and welcome to Part 14 of my Card Making for Beginners. Apologies that I was missing in action last Tuesday but I'm back today with another super easy project for you using just stamps, ink and card stock and a bit of two step stamping.

The stamp set I have used is a really great one - fabulous images of coffee cups, cocktails, cookies and chocolates and some great sentiments too.

I really bought this stamp set, and then made this card, for my 23 year old daughter who loves coffee and is often complaining that "adulting is hard"!

The two step stamping with the retro coffee cups is really easy. The fill in images do not fit exactly so you get a sort of off set look which does not need to be exact. And the clear photopolymer stamps make it super simple.

In the video I made a similar card in a different colour scheme. Watch out for my "whoops!" moment on the video! Here is the alternative card:

Of course I did a little bit of decoration inside the cards.

If you'd like to see how to make this card you can watch my video tutorial by CLICKING HERE or on the image below:

Just to finish off today, here are the two cards together.

Hope you enjoyed this card. Back next week with more Card Making for Beginners. Til then, happy crafting!

Stampin' Up September Joining Offer is coming to and end.

Hi everyone,

Sadly, all good things come to an end, and on Wednesday 30th September, our amazing Get & Go Starter Kit promotion comes to an end.

How does it work? You pay the usual joining offer price and offer – £99 to join and choose £130 worth of products but until 30th September, on top of that you will get 2 free stamp sets, a packet of rhinestones and 16 packs of pre cut card and layers to create cards or to kick off your own first event.

These are the 2 stamp sets you will receive - Queen Anne’s Lace and So Much Love.

With all the cut card stock and the matching rhinestones, you could create 16 cards to send out, or host a party (virtual in the current times) with everything done for you.

A great offer, designed specifically for you to get started straight away. These are the suggestions for designs you could make from Stampin' Up!

Provided in the Starter Kit will be a flyer that has the link to two videos to show you how to create the samples using their additional supplies. Or you can download the instructions on this PDF HERE.

There have been a lot of people taking advantage of this offer this month and becoming part of the wonderful Stampin' Up! family but there is still plenty of room for you to be part of the team too.

Here are just a few extra samples of the sorts of cards you could make with the free stamp sets (and some additional supplies). These were all made by members of our team.

I hope you enjoyed those. If you’re wanting to join, you have until the end of the day (around 10.59pm) on Wednesday 30th September to do so.

Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions at all or take a look at my FAQs HERE. You can also join from that link.

Look forward to hearing from you!
