Perfectly Plaid Christmas Cards

Hi everyone,

How are you doing today? Did you catch the Facebook Lives that my friend Gez and I did a couple of weeks ago? We took turns doing some live crafting and crafted along with each other. Today I thought I'd show you the cards I started making while crafting along with Gez - I actually found time to finish them off, which is unusual for me!

In her video, Gez showed us how to make 5 or 6 cards using just one sheet of 6" x 6" patterned paper, the Perfectly Plaid stamp set and the coordinating Pine Tree punch. I used this very pretty pattern from Plaid Tidings and used Pretty Peacock card stock and ink to coordinate.

Ooops - didn't quite cut my panel straight on that one!! The sentiment is from the "A Wish for Everything" stamp set.

The sentiment on this one is from "Peace and Joy".

The background of this one was made by embossing stripes at equal intervals using the the Simply Scored Scoring tool. The sentiment this time is from Arrange a Wreath. 

As you can see, I didn't manage to make quite as many cards from my one sheet of paper as Gez did. But I do like the three I ended up with. If you missed the original video and would like to see it now, you can do so by CLICKING HERE or on the image below:
