Welcome to my Tuesday post and as usual we have a "Card Making for Beginners" post and video.
Today I am bringing you some more ideas for quick and easy cards to make with the Paper Pumpkin Joy to the World kit.
I am starting off with this very quick and easy #simplestamping card - perfect if you need a whole stack in a hurry.
To make this card, I started with one of our Whisper White note cards. I stamped the wreath, from the provided stamp set in Just Jade (Stampin Spot included in the kit). I then used Real Red ink (not included in the stamp set) to stamp the berries and the "Merry Christmas" message. And, ta dah, it was done. Can't get much more simple than that.
The next card is more or less the same but stepped up a little with some layers of card matts and a twine bow. The measurements for the panels on this card are 8cm x 10.5cm for the Real red and 7.5cm x 10cm for the Whisper White.
Lastly, this next card was stepped up a little bit more. I used one of the card blanks provided in the kit (love these, by the way!) and a little bit of Whisper White and Real Red card stock plus a small length of ribbon from my stash - our real Red Sheer Ribbon. The measurements for the panels on this card are 8.5 cm x 9 cm for the Real red and 7.5cm x 10cm for the Whisper White.
This makes such a classy card that I am sure anyone would be delighted to receive.
