#24 Card Making for Beginners - Simple Watercoloured Backgrounds

Hi everyone,

Thanks for popping in to see me today. And welcome to the 24th post in my Card Making for Beginners series. Today I have another easy little card for you, where I have used our Shimmery White cardstock and our Water Painters to create a background for some super simple watercolouring. The cardstock has a surface which is great for watercolouring.

I have made my card in several different colourways, but you could choose your own selection. First, I tried blues and greens.

Then purples....

And lastly, just pinks......

The purple card was a birthday card for my friend Gez - had to make it in purple as that is her favourite colour!!

This card is super easy to make - just the watercoloured "spots" and then stamping in black over the top.

If you'd like to see how I made it, you can watch my video tutorial by CLICKING HERE or on the image below.

Hope you like my cards and might give them a go yourselves.

Thanks for dropping in today. Back soon,
