#27 Card Making for Beginners - how to embellish envelopes

Hi everyone, Welcome to my blog today and welcome also to #27 in my Card Making for Beginners series.

Today I'd like to show you some really easy ways to jazz up your envelopes using a set of dies which are currently 50% off (£16.50 instead of £33) but only available until 4th January.

The dies are called, appropriately enough, Envelope Dies.

There are 12 dies in the set - 3 are designed to coordinate with a stamp set which has already sold out. But the others can be used to decorate your envelopes making your handmade cards even more special. Here are some samples from Stampin' Up!

In the video, below, I show you how to easily create linings for four different sized envelopes and how to add several different decorative elements to your envelopes. You can watch my video by CLICKING HERE or on the image below.

These dies are so easy to use and can really take your envelopes to the next level. Here are some of the samples I show on the video. Firstly, the lined envelopes in three separate sizes.

A notecard envelope

A standard C6 envelope

A 3" x 3" envelope

And some of the envelopes with decorative elements.

Please note, that to decorate the flap of the C6 envelope as above, you will need to use paper bigger than 6" x 6" (you can see on the video how I know!!)

Please don't forget that these dies will only be available until January 4th when the current mini catalogue retires.

I hope you've enjoyed seeing those ways to embellish your envelopes. Let me know if you have any questions.

Bye for now, back soon,
