Hi everyone,
Welcome to my blog. Thanks so much for popping in to see me. Today I am showing you some little desk calendars I made earlier this month. This post is a bit later in the month than I had originally planned but not too late, I hope, if you want to make one yourself.
I have made calendars similar to these for several years now. I myself find it very helpful to have one sitting on a shelf in my craft room for easy reference - this year I have had one made for me by one of my lovely team. This year I have made loads of these little calendars - some for my lovely customers who shopped with me in December and some for some friends and fellow Stampin' Up! demos - including the lovely ladies in our Project Share group. However, sadly, I know that at least two never arrived (Royal Mail, I hear, are still in a bit of a muddle after the Christmas rush and with many staff off sick with Covid) so today I need to make a couple more and get them posted off.
I made several different versions of these calendars, using various different colour combinations of cardstock which all coordinated with the patterned papers I used - Purple Posy, Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape, Misty Moonlight and Seaside Spray. The DSP (patterned paper) is from a pack called Hydrangea Hill - such pretty colours. Of course, in my haste to get them sent off promptly, I forgot to take photos of all the different variations. Just have this one left to show you.
I used the numerals from Family Party to stamp the 2021 on this calendar but on some others I also cut the numbers out with the Playful Alphabet dies.
