Hi everyone,
Thanks so much for popping in to see me. Here we are at number 30 in my series of Card Making for Beginners. Today's post is all about using some of the punches in our inventory - namely those called Pick a Punch. We have three of these for sale currently - the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch....
the Banners Pick a Punch......
and the Treasured Tags Pick a Punch.
The tips and tricks I show and discuss on today's video will apply to all three of these punches, although I use the Banners Pick a Punch to demonstrate.
Each punch can can punch 6 different labels - three different widths - 1 inch, 3/4 inch and 1/2 inch - and two different ends. Each label can be used on its own or layered with one or two of the others.
There are a few tips I have for getting the best results from these punches which I discuss in the video. You can watch it by CLICKING HERE
In the video I show how to make sure your tags/labels are straight and also how to layer them ensuring you punch exactly the right size every time. I mention that Gez also has a video with some tips - you can watch hers HERE.
Here are some of the "tools" I made to help me use my punches effectively. They feature in the video and will all help getting the best results when using the pick a punches.
I hope that the video might help you get the best out of your punches. Let me know if you have any problems I didn't cover here.
