Facebook Live Crafting Replay - Vine Design Card Tutorial

Hi everyone,

Good afternoon. Welcome to my blog today. Mixing things up a little bit today by posting a bit later than usual!

Here is today's project.

Yesterday my good friend and fellow demo, Gez, and I did our regular monthly Live Crafting session over on our Facebook group Come Crafting With Jill & Gez. If you'd like to join our group and get access to these live crafting sessions just CLICK HERE. 

The theme for this month's live crafting was "Use Something New" - Gez and I both have a few stamp sets which haven't yet been inked up so this was our chance to use one of them. For my part I chose to use the lovely new Vine Design stamp set to make a muted Thinking of You card.

I used Soft Sea Foam for this card, with tone on tone stamping and some heat embossed flowers in white.

The frame stamp for the label die is great but I show you on the video how to use it without needing the die. 

Before the live crafting session, I tried out the card in another colourway - Sahara Sand. 

I really like this muted colour and think it is perfect for a Thinking of You card. By the way, how gorgeous is that sentiment stamp? Love the block capitals and the font. And there are loads of other useful sentiments in the set.

Here are both cards together. Now I'm imagining how this card might look in a brighter colour!

Card blank: 15cm x 10.5cm

Basic White panel: 14.5cm x 10cm

Soft Sea Foam panel: 14cm x 9.5cm
