Chocolate button treat holder

Hi everyone,

Welcome to my blog. Thanks so much for popping in to see me. As some of you will know, every month I love to send out little "thank you" packages to anyone who has shopped with me the previous month. I do try to get them sent out early in the month but often life gets in the way and it ends up being more like the middle of the month! Anyway, the packages always include a handmade card (of course!) and a little treat, prettily packaged in some form.

This month's treat was a little bag of Cadbury's chocolate buttons and I made these little treat holders for them.

Here is one open so you can see the inside.

I was inspired to make these by Terri Gaines, a demo over in the US. Terri had made hers for Halloween treats and although I changed up the measurements and decoration a bit the original idea was hers. You can see her version HERE.

All the measurements are on the video tutorial (see below) but if you'd like them, here they are:

Cardstock: 4 1/8" x 11"
Score at 1 1/4", 1 3/4", 3 1/2", 4", 7 3/4" and 8 1/4".
Top flap - 2 1/2" x 3 7/8"
Bottom panel - 1" x 3 7/8"
Back panel - 3 1/2" x 3 7/8"

I hope you like these little treat holders. I know some of my customers did as they sent me messages to let me know!
