Stamp Around UK August Video Hop - Using scraps

Hi everyone,

Welcome to my blog. Thanks so much for popping in to see me. Today I am taking part in the Stamp Around UK video hop.

For this month our theme is "Scrap Time" - or rather using up scraps on our projects. I decided to use up some of my coloured cardstock scraps to cut out letters using the Alphabet A La Mode dies and spell out a very colourful "HAPPY BIRTHDAY". 

This is the first card I made as my "prototype".

And here is the card I made on the video - just a few small tweaks!

Here are some of the scraps I used to cut out my letters. Mostly from my "Brights" scraps box. 

And here are the scraps after all that die cutting.

This first card I made was actually for my youngest daughter's birthday - she said it reminded her of the circus!
